In yoga, a kriya is a series of physical exercises and breathing techniques that help us deliver excellence in all that we do. This kriya teaches how to move stagnant energy, release toxins, anger, and old emotions with dynamic movement and breathing for deep, internal cleansing. We bring these actions to life through Breath of Fire and physical movement to purge old emotions and rebuild energy at the cellular level.
