Explore both dynamic and held versions of poses to create a sense of safety within yourself. Find your center and create mobility in the lower body with rhythmic movements in warriors I and III. Build trust within the quiet spaces during held poses and cultivate strength as you flow through balancing and twisting sequences. Close your practice with some deep stretches for the hips and psoas and a seated meditation.
