A yoga wheel is great for guiding your back to mimic its curve and allowing you to support your body in more inventive ways. Begin with a supine fish pose over the wheel and use it to massage the muscles along your back to take you into bridge and supported kapotasana. Get moving with a couple half surya A's then use the wheel in a lunging posture before finishing up with plank and supported forward fold. Props Needed: A yoga wheel.
