This class aims to encourage the flow of lymph in your body through the use of props, breathwork, and a series of dynamic pumping movements. You'll begin with some myofascial release for your feet, move through some active mobility and specific breath-guided repetitive movements, then wind down with passive poses, a gentle inversion, a supine twist, and one of Tiffany's favorites to help hydrate the discs.
