Breathing for Times of Change - Preview

Feel the inherent wisdom in allowing and letting go by consciously practicing the natural pattern of your breath. Observe the full cycle of every breath, feeling it inside without effort or intention. Then, gradually lengthen and pause your inhalations and exhalations, listening to what changes this affects.
