For those days when all you need is a love bomb. A short, feel good flow that leaves you unexpectedly fulfilled and happy. Start standing with a side stretch, then come down to the floor and warm up your spine with cat/cow. Open the heart as you flow through a mini practice opening up the heart and hips. Finish with a supported bridge and a nice meditation to help you reset. Props Needed: A block.
