Increase Knee Flexion - Preview

Give your knees a stretch in a sequence that extends your legs in sitting, standing and supine postures. Work on safely increasing knee flexion with a blanket in the back of your knee for space. Start in vajrasana working your way into virasana. Your knees appreciate the space while your legs and lower back also benefit. Props Needed: Two blankets, a block and a strap.
