Heaven and Earth - Preview
In this meditation, draw the light of the divine feminine earth energy into the heart, and allow it to merge with the divine masculine solar energy flowing in from above. Let your body become irradiated with the sacred energies of earth and sun and then allow these energies to flow through the world. Props Suggested: Blankets or a bolster.
