Let's Twist Again - Preview

This twisty flow is designed to move the spine in multiple, revolving directions to free up space where stiffness likes to settle. Like a dirty dish towel, the spinal column can accumulate tightness and tension in the surrounding muscles. Let's ring it out! Standing, kneeling, seated, and reclined twists are all made accessible with fluid flow. Props Suggested: Two blocks and a strap.
