After the Finish Line - Preview

Congratulations! Whether it was a race, a new PR, or simply a quick jog, you've done a body good. Nicely done. Before the post-race/post-run fatigue sets in, this class will cool you off, and re-align, stretch, and hopefully prevent runner's tightness. Grab your recovery shake or your water, and let's begin. Props Suggested: Two blocks and a bolster.
