This class offers a 20 minute warm-up, 30 minute kriya to balance your prana and apana and 10 minutes of a pranayama to cleanse the energetic channels in the body. This whole practice is deeply cleansing and balancing for the pranic body. Come back to it regularly to stay in tune with yourself. This class uses holds at the top of the inhale. Do not strain your breath at all. Exhale whenever you need to. Gradually build your breath capacity to the times given.
