The physical body thrives on movement and an active navel point. This class focuses on Dantian breathing, a way to build prana at the navel point, and deep core transformation, both on physical levels, but also cleansing through the emotional and mental bodies. Class concludes with Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, a breath technique to purify past emotions and subconscious tendencies.
