In this workshop-ish practice, learn the necessary prep and exercises to be able to balance in handstand in the middle of the room. After warming up your body with a strong standing series, work toward sirsasana 2 (headstand pose 2) with the transition into bakasana (crow pose). No props required, but a blanket and a block are helpful if you are new to crow pose, or if you need the support of a wall for your inversions. Props Suggested: Wall space.
