The impossible..... we attempt to do everything in just 20 minutes! Sun Salutations, standing postures, twists, lateral stretches, forward bends, back bends and there is even an inversion. We touch triceps, biceps, deltoids, hamstrings, quadriceps, outer hips, inner thighs.....!! Please make time for savasana on your own though, as we couldn't quite fit that in..... Have a blessed day!
