Designed for level 1 students looking for an accessible challenge that will deepen your practice, this will guide you through sun-salutations, lunges and standing poses. It will help synchronize your breath with movement, open and strengthen your legs, and cultivate greater vitality in your entire body. This sequence will also teach you the most effective way to of step forward into lunges from down-dog when practicing sun salutations.
