Day 33: Balance Your Mind - Preview

Your commitment to your sadhana is shining through. This final class will help you access a deeper level of power and presence by balancing your brain. Begin with a stimulating vinyasa exercise to awaken the spine then move on to a series of fast-paced arm movements and vigorous breathwork. Close your practice in seated silence to fully integrate the energy of renewal. Props Suggested: A few blankets.
